4. Payments

Payment terms are defined per project. Common structures include deposits, milestones, or monthly retainers. Late payments may pause work until resolved.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project.
• I retain rights to reusable components, libraries, boilerplate code, and general know-how used across projects.
• Third-party tools, libraries, and licenses remain subject to their own terms.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide required content, access, approvals, and information needed to complete the work. Delays in these may impact timelines.

7. No guarantees

While I aim for high-quality results, I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases or user growth since these depend on market conditions and client operations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.

9. Termination

Either party may end a project agreement with written notice. Any completed work and unpaid invoices up to the termination date remain payable.
